Sue Putra is the glue that holds this organization together.  Putra has been the director of the Blue Revue for the past nine years. She oversees the coaching staff, competition teams, and dance classes. Sue has worked as a middle school guidance counselor for the past 33 years and recently retired this past year. She enjoys directing and coaching with both of her daughers, Jana and Linnea.

Linnea Nagel formerly Linnea Putra was a four year member of the Watertown Blue Revue Varisty Dance Team and was captain for two years. She was also a four year member of the Marquette University Dance Team "Intensity" and was captain her senior year.  During the summer of 2006 Linnea was also a member of the Milwaukee Brewers Professional Dance Team. Linnea is the choreographer for all of the competition teams and is also the coach of the WBR Varsity Dance Team.  She is presently a physician's assistant working in Watertown, Wisconsin.

Jana Strobel formerly Jana Putra is the coach of the Junior Blue Revue, the Middle School team. Jana has coached the Juniors team to several back to back Junior High State Championships. She was a member of the Watertown Blue Revue Varsity Dance team for her high school years and captain for two of those years. She is currently an art teacher for the Watertown Unified School District and a mother to her future dancer, Addison Marie.

Libby Hady is in her third year of coaching with the Watertown Blue Revue and will be coaching the Minis Dance Team this year. She danced for two years with the Madison Dance Team as well as all four years with the Watertown Blue Revue in high school. Libby has her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and is pursuing a teaching career.

Casey Hepp was a member of the Watertown Blue Revue Varsity team for 3 years, one of which she was captain. She also participated in dance classes put on by the Blue Revue throughout her youth. She is in her fifth year as a member of the WBR coaching staff and is assistant coaching the Mini and Prevue Teams. She will be finishing her student teaching this fall at Caroll University and has plans to become a teacher.
